Swim Free

Swim Free

Swim free is a class for people who not only want to learn proper swimming techniques but also learn to overcome anxiety and develop confidence being in the water. Through playful, creative techniques and at a comfortable pace, learn to release fear, swim with confidence and move freely. Classes are designed to make sure students are feeling safe, comfortable, supported and motivated to succeed. The main skills taught are:

~ Floating/Gliding
~ Transitions
~ Front/Back crawl
~ Treading
~ Diving
